Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We provide a 14-day refund window for first-time purchases of any StreamPDF subscription plan:

• If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the initial transaction date.
• Fair Use Limitation: To prevent fraudulent exploitation of heavy server resources, refunds may be denied or prorated if the account has consumed an extraordinary volume of cloud compute quotas (e.g., more than 50% of the monthly allocated compute quotas) within those 14 days.

2. Subscription Cancellation (Cancel Anytime)

• You can cancel your recurring monthly or yearly subscription at any time directly through the Customer Portal link in your account settings or billing receipt.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active with full paid-plan benefits until the end of your current billing period.
• No further automated recurring charges will be incurred after cancellation. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle unused days once the 14-day initial refund guarantee has expired.

3. Service Anomalies and Technical Issues

If you encounter reproducible bugs, persistent service downtime, or severe rendering failures that prevent our core streaming engine from functioning, contact our engineering support. In confirmed platform malfunction scenarios, exceptions may be granted regardless of the standard timeline.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email our support team with:
